    Do these meals have to microwaved or can they be heated in the oven?

      The container is microwavable (& dishwasher safe). To reheat your meal in the oven, move the food to an oven-safe dish.

      We take the approach more like a small local restaurant that makes home-cooked food where the ingredients and quantities are always changing. So, it’s not possible to calculate nutritional information weekly. We do, however, have nutritional information on our soups. Thanks for asking.

    I picked up the Ratatouille w/chorizo on Wednesday and it was fantastic. Really fresh and had the best flavor.

    Do y’all use MSG in any of your food that you or Victor’s makes for SC Real Foods?

      We do not and they do not. In particular, any seasoning blends that may be used are carefully looked over before approving for use in our recipes. Our sauces and dressings are made from scratch. Thanks for asking and let me know if you have any other questions.

      Prices are per pound and range from $5.99 – $9.99 depending on the item. Most containers weigh between 12oz-16oz which brings their price to $4.00-$10.00 each. Hope that helps. Thanks for asking.

    Would any of your vegetarian options happen to be vegan?

      Our vegetarian options are sometimes vegan also. Sometimes it’s easy to adjust a dish to be vegan and we do (like using coconut oil instead of butter). The best way to know is to either comment and ask on the weekly Real & Ready post OR message us on Facebook. We appreciate the question and knowing the desire for more vegan options.
